Our Facility
The Surgery Centre is accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba as a day surgical facility. There are 2 state-of-the-art Operating Theaters with capabilities for general anesthesia , or local anesthesia with or without intravenous sedation by an anesthesiologist. The operating rooms are fully accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.
Postoperatively, patients are cared for in our seven bed Recovery Room by one of our specially trained Post Anesthesia Care nurses until well enough to be discharged home.
